MEMSUB Modules


Description


Our MEMSUB membrane modules for submerged filtration consist of durable module housings made of stainless steel (MO-S) and replaceable membrane elements (ME-S).

 

The basis for our membrane elements (ME-S) are our self-manufactured tubular membranes (MEMTUBE-SUB).

 

In membrane elements (ME-S) our tubular membranes are arranged vertically with exterior applied membrane coating (MEMTUBE-SUB) and on the other end potted in a permeate collector. The permeate collectors have ventilation slits to achieve a reliable flow of the air/sludge mixture. The upper end of the tubular membrane is closed individually and the membrane ends can move freely. Blocking the membranes with fibers and sludge can thus be reliably avoided.

 

The compact MEMSUB Membrane modules can be made in a round shape (S200, S350, S550) or also in square shape (S540x200), see on Top "technical data" .

 

Individual MEMSUB membrane modules can be assembled next to each other and even above each other to a module unit. Membrane surfaces of up to 500m² per unit can thus be realized.
